XWire Agentic AI is the agentic AI solution operating the xwire.ai construction network. A customer describes what they want built; the platform's AI agents turn that intent into a scoped job, gather bids from licensed builders and factory-direct suppliers, and orchestrate the quote, contract, and fulfillment steps until the work is signed and delivered.
The agents never invent a price. Every figure on a quote is authored by a named licensed human — a contractor, a factory, an installer — and accepted by an estimating desk; the AI composes the language, tracks the gaps, and routes each decision to the person allowed to make it. Signing is gated on a verified contractor licence.
One workspace per project holds the conversation with the agent, the bill of materials and open gaps, the deal thread, project files including IFC/BIM models, and a full audit trail of every action and approval. Customers read everything on their project; only seated builders, suppliers, and approvers can act.
The marketplace is where jobs are posted and bid on: a customer posts a listing with plans, builders and suppliers submit priced bids, the customer compares and awards, and the awarded project continues in the same workspace through request-for-quote, margin-composed customer quote, signature, deposit milestones, fulfillment, and warranty.
