1. What we collect

To verify contractor identity we use the public CSLB license record (business name, license number, classifications, bond, and the business phone on file). If you proceed to bidding we later collect the business details needed for contracting and payout (such as email and W-9 information), at that step — not during onboarding.

2. SMS program

With your consent on our onboarding page, SVDEN CORPORATION sends one-time passcodes and verification messages to the business phone number on your CSLB record. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Opt-outs are honored immediately and recorded on a suppression list so the number is not messaged again.

3. Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. We share data only with the service providers required to operate the service (e.g. SMS delivery and cloud hosting), bound to use it solely on our behalf.

4. Retention and your choices

We keep verification and consent records as required for compliance (e.g. TCPA recordkeeping) and keep suppression (opt-out) records indefinitely so they stay effective. To ask about, correct, or delete your data, contact sales@xwire.ai.
