1. The service

xwire.ai connects licensed California contractors with residential construction projects. Contractor identity is verified against the public CSLB license record. By using the service you represent that you are authorized to act for the licensed business you claim.

2. SMS terms

When you request a verification code on our onboarding page, SVDEN CORPORATION sends one-time passcodes and verification messages to the business phone number on your CSLB record. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

3. Accounts and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, to claim only licenses you are authorized to represent, and not to misuse the service (including attempting to access another business’s records or interfere with verification).

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. License data is drawn from public CSLB records and verified live at signature time; we do not guarantee project awards, bid outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party records.
